To restore your account, all you need to do is log in to the Lamsa app on the device where you want to activate your premium account using your email and password for Lamsa.
Here are the detailed steps for logging in:
- Open the Lamsa app on the device where you want to activate your subscription.
- Access the settings menu from the top right corner of the screen.
- Enter the 3-digit code that the app will request.
- Click on the "Log In" button, then enter your email and password for Lamsa. If you forgot your password, click here.
After successfully logging in, your premium account will be activated on this device.
- If you don't find a "Log In" button in the menu, you will find a "Log Out" button instead. Log out and confirm, then repeat the previous steps from the beginning.
This method applies to all Lamsa subscription methods except for those subscribed via the Apple App Store using a credit card. For Apple App Store subscribers, the process is as follows:
- Open the Lamsa app on the device where you want to activate the subscription.
- Access the settings menu from the top right corner of the screen.
- Click on "Subscribe Now," then on "Restore Apple Purchases."
- The system will prompt you to enter your Apple ID account information.
Please make sure you are using the same account that you used to subscribe to Lamsa.
After successfully logging in, your premium account will be activated on this device.
- If the process of restoring Apple purchases fails, please ensure that you meet the conditions for successfully restoring your Apple purchases.
