How to reset my password?

To reset your password, follow these steps:

1. Open the Lamsa app.

2. Tap "Already have an account?" on the main page, then click "Forgot Password."

3. Enter the email address or mobile number registered with Lamsa. We will send a verification code to help you create a new password.

If you wish to change your password after logging in to Lamsa, follow these steps:

1. Swipe down the menu at the top of the Lamsa homepage, then select "Settings."

2. Enter the three-digit code requested by the app.

3. Tap "My Account Information," then "Password."

4. Enter your current password and the new password, then click "Save."

• Please make sure to enter the correct email address or mobile number that you used to create your Lamsa account. The verification code will be sent to your email inbox if you registered with an email, or as a text message to your mobile number if you registered with a phone number.
