To reactivate your Lamsa premium account, whether after reloading the app, changing the device you're using, or even to use the premium account on up to 5 devices simultaneously, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Lamsa app using your account (email/phone number) associated with the subscription.
Logging in is the standard method for all Lamsa subscription methods except for those subscribed via the Apple App Store using a credit card. For Apple App Store subscribers, the process is as follows:
- Open the Lamsa app on the device where you want to activate the subscription.
- Access the settings menu in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click on "Get Your Free Trial" and then on "Restore Apple Purchases."
- The system will prompt you to enter your Apple ID account information.
- Please make sure you are using the same account that you used for the Lamsa subscription.
- If the restoration process fails, please ensure you meet the necessary conditions for the successful restoration of your Apple purchases.
