If you attempted to Restore Apple Purchases, but failed to complete your request, you need to check the following:
1. Make sure your device signed in using the same Apple ID that you subscribed with Lamsa premium account through
To make go to the device Settings> iTunes Store & App Store > View Apple ID> Manage >Subscriptions and make sure that Lamsa premium account active.
2. Make sure that Restrictions are off. Go to the device settings menu (Settings), and then the option (General) and (Restrictions) and ensure that the restrictions are off.
3. Verify the time and date through the device settings menu (Settings), and then the option (General) then (Date and Time) (Set Automatically) this option should be enabled and appears in green.
4. Lastly, uninstall Lamsa app from your device and install it again then try to restore Apple purchases.
